CH Larklain Rogers Magic Marker is owned by Carol Swinney, who also owns CH Triple H Cal Ripken, ROM. Both dogs are well known sires and are proven producers.
"Marker" is vWD Clear, OFA Fair, CERF Normal and DM Carrier. He usually lives part-time in AZ and WY with Carol. He is Red & White and was born Apr 22, 2001. His pedigree is stunning, with Honeyfox, Cinonnie, Magnum of Vennwoods and of course, Larklain featured prominently. "Marker" is from one of the very last litters bred by Carol together with her mother Elaine Erganbright.

The Larklain kennel name is a chunk of PWC history, started many years ago by the noted breeder Elaine Erganbright, who bred over 200 champion Pembroke Welsh Corgis. She established a line that was noted for its superb temperament and willing disposition as well as conformation that won time and again. Even after her passing, Elaine remains one of the top Corgi breeders in the USA. Carol continues with the Larklain name and has succeeded in adding to its enduring stamp of excellence. Although Carol travels a lot and works primarily as an artist, she still breeds and shows selectively. In Fall 2007, she finished a championship on her "Marker" daughter, "CH Larklain Markers Little Jedda," a gorgeous bitch by "Marker," out of CH Larklain Leaders Tres Jolie. Currently, her "Marker" granddaughter "Larklain Cals Just Elegance" is well on the way to finishing her championship as well. Carol, a generous soul, spends quite a bit of time on the show circuit assisting her friends to gain those elusive points to finish championships on many other "Marker" and "Cal" offspring.
